International Female Ride Day (IFRD) is a global, synchronized event celebrated annually on the first Saturday of May to empower, promote, and highlight women in motorsports and motorcycling.

Founded in 2007 by Vicki Gray, the "JUST RIDE!" movement encourages women worldwide to ride, strengthening their presence in the community.
